This sleep crystal kit has been created to help calm the mind, relax the body, and support a deep and restful night’s sleep. It’s ideal for anyone struggling to fall asleep, looking to improve the quality of their rest, or wanting to create a peaceful, soothing bedtime environment.

It includes three carefully selected stones known for their calming, stress-relieving, and emotionally comforting properties:

• Lapis Lazuli (tumbled): encourages mental clarity and helps quiet overactive thoughts. Supports deep sleep and enhances connection with dreams and inner guidance.
• Amethyst (druzy): a crystal of serenity and spiritual balance. Calms the mind, eases anxiety, and is a powerful ally for creating a peaceful atmosphere before sleep.
• Rose Quartz (raw): offers emotional comfort and gentle, nurturing energy. Helps release daily tension and invites rest through self-love and compassion.
